NOTE: You are advised to download/back up or retrieve data stored on your handset as your personal data will be erased before the handset is returned to you, to ensure that your data is not compromised in transit.
You should allow 7-10 working days for your claim to be processed providing you have completed all details and supplied all the required documentation. Failure to provide all details may delay your claim settlement.
Due to worldwide supply issues there are some delays in obtaining parts and new mobile phones. This may result in your claim taking longer to be completed than would normally be the case, however you will be kept up to date.
