Coronavirus

Due to the impact of Coronavirus, we have been advised by our suppliers that there is currently significantly reduced availability and delays to supply for both parts and new mobile phones. As a result, we regret to advise you that this may result in your claim taking longer to be completed than would normally be the case.
Whilst we hope that this is only a temporary problem we apologise in advance for any inconvenience and assure you that we will do everything possible to minimise any delay.

Making a Claim

Of course, sometimes things do go wrong! If your phone has been stolen or is damaged and is no longer working, WCS think it is important to get you back up and running quickly.

WCS provide claims forms on this website so that you can give us the information we need to assess your claim quickly and without fuss.

Your claim will be assessed by an experienced claims handler and once accepted then we replace stolen phones with a new phone that’s the same or the nearest equivalent of your stolen phone. If it’s damaged, it will be fixed by our specialist mobile phone repairers or replaced, if necessary.

If it’s an iPhone once we’ve authorised your claim, you have the option to go to your local Apple store who can usually repair or replace it while you wait.

To register a new claim please select from the options above. If you have an existing claim and need to contact us please email us on claims@wcsinsurance.co.uk, please include your full 8 digit policy number in the subject line. We can only correspond with the policyholder about their claim.
