Making a Claim
Of course, sometimes things do go wrong! If your phone has been stolen or is damaged and is no longer working, WCS think it is important to get you back up and running quickly.
WCS provide claims forms on this website so that you can give us the information we need to assess your claim quickly and without fuss.
Your claim will be assessed by an experienced claims handler and once accepted then we replace stolen phones with a new phone that’s the same or the nearest equivalent of your stolen phone. If it’s damaged, it will be fixed by our specialist mobile phone repairers or replaced, if necessary. If it’s an iPhone once we’ve authorised your claim, you have the option to go to your local Apple store who can usually repair or replace it while you wait. Couldn’t be simpler…
